Sleepless In The Dolomites
I spent 24 hours in the Dolomites (tre cime di lavaredo) and tried to catch the amazing atmosphere I experienced there in this small video. Staying awake the whole night at -4°C and watching the stars was extremely exhausting but in the end it was worth it! I hope you like this small impression of the wonderful landscape!

Es entspricht manchmal nicht der Realität: Ditch the Label just published a new study that found that 42% of over 10,000 young people surveyed had experienced cyber-bullying on Instagram. Not only that, but a previous study published earlier this year found that Instagram was the worst social media offender for fueling anxiety, depression, body image issues, and more.

Minutes earlier, I had been outside my truck, leaning against it, head buried in my arms, frustration and failure washing over me. I wanted to quit. I got back in the car and as I drove, the pain got the better of me and the tears came.
