Dadurch ging in dem Jahr das Album Lungs auch völlig an mir vorbei. Von Florence and the Machine habe ich erst Anfang 2010 etwas gehört, als Florence and the Machine zusammen mit Dizziee Rascal You got the dirtee love bei den Brit Awards 2010 auftraten:

Kurze Zeit später lief dieser Song in der Album-Version auf und ab im Radio. Lungs ist das erste Studio-Album von Florence and the Machine und jetzt könnte man meinen, dass sie nach dem Erfolg in den Mainstream abdriften. Machen sie aber nicht! Denn vergangene Woche kam die neue Single [What the water gave me](https://www.amazon.de/dp/B005IPKIJU/ref=as_li_ss_til?tag=websenat-21&camp=2906&creative=19474&linkCode=as4&creativeASIN=B005IPKIJU&adid=0XY2FCFBNSBDRV22YY7H& Amazon: Florence and the machine \What the water gave me\) vom zweiten Studio-Album, welches im November erscheinen soll, raus:
